  • Do you accept online payments?
    Currently, FSQ only accepts cash(USD), or physical Gold/Silver(spot price), when our supporters receive their fresh goods.
  • What is the fresh goods pickup process?
    FSQ offers farm pickup on Tuesday 3pm-6pm and Saturday 2pm-5pm. Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an email with details.
  • How does FSQ communicate with clients?
    FSQ is a small farm that is family owned and operated. We communicate through email only. At FSQ, we run a phone-free business. We only accept online orders placed by the customer on the website. If you have questions about our products and services, feel free to email me any time through the 'contact us' section of the website and I will reply shortly. At FSQ, we have a very small administrative staff, just two of us, Tif and I (Jay), run the office, plus our two family members, PJ and Kurt, in the bird warehouse who pick and pack your orders. Communicating by email keeps me in direct contact with my customers and allows you, the customer, direct access to my in-depth knowledge of our products and business operations, cutting out the need for over the phone sales people.
  • If I place an order is the product always in-stock?
    Yes. FSQ updates our inventory multiple times a day. Once our clients complete the checkout process, that inventory is also updated. If the fresh goods show in-stock on our website, FSQ has physical possession of the product on our farm.
  • Is delivery available?
    Please contact FSQ with delivery requests. We will gladly speak with you about options.
  • Once I complete the checkout process, how do I pay for my goods?
    Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an email with payment and pickup instructions. Our inventory system is updated multiple times a day.
  • Do you offer bulk purchases?
    FSQ can provide many bulk options. Please contact us about Bulk requests. Bulk requests will require several weeks/months to produce. Please plan accordingly.
  • Do you ship?
    FSQ does not currently ship any of the products we offer.
  • Do you offer farm tours?
    FSQ does not offer farm tours. Bio-security is mandatory to provide our clients with the cleanest, safest, and freshest goods. We maintain a strict policy that requires the four of us to perform a clean in & out protocol. No associate is allowed in any area without PPE that will protect our farm from outside bacteria and disease. We take pride in our sanitary protocols and maintaining a clean environment for our own health and the health of the animals we raise.
  • Do you offer a guarantee of freshness?
    FSQ takes pride in the freshness of all goods offered. If you receive a product that you are not 100% satisfied with, please contact FSQ for a replacement or refund. You will be moved to the top of the inventory list if the product is currently out of stock. We will not offer the product, on our website, until you are completely satisfied with your product. We do what we say, and say what we do. This is the only way to ensure our clients continue to enjoy our products.
